Employee Surveys

How committed are your employees?
All successful businesses postulate the value of employees and how crucial their loyalty to the company determines the success of the company. Measure specifically in your business, how engaged your employees are in the company as a whole or in individual divisions? The difference between little dedicated staff and those who learn every day through their work, gain personal satisfaction, love to meet new challenges like and give their best is huge. For organizational and personal development a good employee survey provides decisive impulses and helps also in optimizing HR work.
Learn in a first interview, how to recognize and convey the value of an employee survey compared to the effort and cost. I have lots of experience in planning, implementation and evaluation of employee surveys for medium-sized companies: whether online or through an audience response system. In both cases I have partners that provide the technology (the “tool”) and I will advise how to effectively use the appropriate tool, how to win the works-council for the survey (if necessary) and how to communicate the conduct as well as the results of an employee survey to managers and employees.
